�\ <br /> �. - .► , <br /> .+ - <br /> ������m� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. — <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS , on the 6th day of April, 1978, upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of <br /> Jerry �nTeseloh to rezone premises described as : <br /> South 1/3 of the North 3/5 of the East 1/2 of Lot 3 of <br /> Northside Addition of Outlots to the City of Decatur, <br /> as per Plat recorded in Book 335 , Page 182 of the records <br /> in the Recorder' s Oifice of Macon County, Illinois , <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS , the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the <br /> prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS. <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be , and they are hereby, <br /> rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL <br /> DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those <br /> districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the <br /> provisions , regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth <br /> shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4 . That the zoning of said premises as set out <br /> herein shali be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in such <br /> Ordinance No. 3;12 provided and said Districts be, and they are hereby, <br /> amended and char�g�d as herein set forth. <br /> PRESE TED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED tnis I 7�day of <br /> ' , 1978. <br /> MAYO <br /> TEST: <br /> . �., . <br /> ITY C RK <br />
