1 • : " %. � , 1 �Q�� Q M1t�tOP�tMED ORDIN��TCE N0. �-�—�-U � ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY AND GR�NTING RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT SPECIAL PE�`�IIT WHERFAS , on the 6th day of April , 1978 , upon due notice , the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the oetition of the Citizens National Bank o� Decatur to rezone from R-3 Single Family Residence District to R-6 �Iultiple Dwelling District ' the following described oremises , and also for a special permit ur.der the provisions of Section XXI .C . of the Zoning Ordinance for an R-6 Residence Development on said premises , said premises being described as follows : The East 450 ft. of all that portion of the NE ; , NW ; , of Section 18 , Township 16 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M. lying South of William street (State Route 105) , except L'ne �ast 140 feet of the South 390 feet and except the East 180 feet of the North 170 feet of the South 56G feet thereof, containing 4 . 2 acres more or 1ess , situated �n Macon County, Illinois ; and, WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that said premises be rezoned and that such Residence Development Plan be approved. NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : ' Section I .
