I <br /> NOW, TH�REFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF i <br /> DECATJR, ILLINOIS: � <br /> � <br /> Section 1. That the said territory hereinabove describe�, along <br /> with all parts of public highways therein or next and adjacent thereto I� <br /> not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the same are hereby, annexed I <br /> to and are incorporated into the limits of the City of Deca�ur, ' <br /> Illinois, a municipal ccrporation. <br /> Section 2 . That a plat of said annexed premises is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3.
