. `_ ,� s <br /> ., "I�IGRO�L.MFD <br /> ORDINANCE N0. /�"�- <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of March, 1978 , upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Lewis Jackson to rezone premises described as: <br /> Lot 9 except the West two feet thereof, and the West <br /> 38 feet of Lot 10 , all in Barbees Subdivision and Lots <br /> 3 and 6 in Block 1 of W. Martin' s 2nd Addition of <br /> Outlots as per plat recorded in Book 50 page 376 <br /> of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois; <br /> from R-5 TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-5 TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 <br /> MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4 .
