' . � <br /> ' � ������ <br /> ORDINANCE N0. �^ <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPER^Y <br /> WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of March, 1978 , upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Richard W. Rodgers to rezone premises described as : <br /> Lot 10 in Edward Barry ' s First Addition as per <br /> plat recorded in Book 958 Page 112 of the records <br /> in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois; <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAr�ILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-2 SINGLE FAN:ILY <br /> RESIDENCE DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recomznended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the recommendatior. of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-2 <br /> SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3 . That the Districts hereinabove nientioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions , regulations, restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4 . That the zoning of said premises as set cut <br /> herein shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in � <br /> such Ordinance No. 3512 provided and said Districts be, and they are I, <br /> hereby, amended and changed as herein set forth. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this (� ,� day of <br /> , 1978. <br /> MAYO R <br /> ATTEST : <br /> �- . <br /> C IT LE RK <br />
