'� <br /> ����� <br /> ORDINANCE N0. �3� <br /> AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THRU STREETS <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section l. That 34th Street from Lost Bridge Road to Fitzgerald <br /> Road is hereby established as a thru street and yield the right-of- <br /> way signs shallbe installed at all streets entering said 34th Street <br /> between Lost Bridge Road and Fitzgerald Road; and, that Marietta <br /> Street from Linden Avenue to Broadway is hereby established as a <br /> thru street and yield the right-of-way signs shall be installed at all <br /> streets entering said Marietta Street between Linden Avenue and <br /> Broadway; and, that King Street from Taylor Avenue to Van Dyke Street <br /> is hereby established as a thru street and yield the right-of-way <br /> signs shall be installed at all streets entering said King Street <br /> between Taylor Avenue and Van Dyke Street. <br /> Section 2 . That when signs are erected giving notice thereof, <br /> any person who shall violate any of the� provisions hereof, shall , <br /> upon conviction, be fined not less than One Dollar ($1. 00) nor more <br /> than Two Hundred Dollars ($200 . 00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3. That the provisions of all ordinances in conflict <br /> with the provisions of this ordinance which insofar as the same <br /> do conflict therewith be, and the same are hereby, repealed. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this 20th day of <br /> February, 1978 . <br /> MAYOR � <br /> ATTEST: <br /> C TY L RK. <br />
