�y <br /> � ' � <br /> �'�.\0��� <br /> oxDZN�cE rro. 3 v <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, on the Znd day of February, 1978 , upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Marshall H. Ervin and Robbie V. Ervin to rezone <br /> premises described as : <br /> Lot 7 of Assessor' s Plat of part of the NE 1/4 of the <br /> SW 1/4 of Section 34 , Township i7 North, Range 2 East <br /> of the Third Principal Meridiar., Macon County, Illinois , <br /> as per Plat recorded in Book 683, page 280 of the records <br /> in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois, situated <br /> in the City of Decatur in the County of Macon and the <br /> �tate Of Illinois , <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-2 SINGLE FAMILY <br /> RESIDENCE DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS , the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, T?iEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL QF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the reconunendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan �ommission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-2 <br /> � SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those �3istricts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 35i2 of the <br /> Ci�y of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and ali -�he provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements <br /> �herein �et forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4.
