�y � ' � �'�.\0�� oxDZN�cE rro. 3 v AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY WHEREAS, on the Znd day of February, 1978 , upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Marshall H. Ervin and Robbie V. Ervin to rezone premises described as : Lot 7 of Assessor' s Plat of part of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 34 , Township i7 North, Range 2 East of the Third Principal Meridiar., Macon County, Illinois , as per Plat recorded in Book 683, page 280 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois, situated in the City of Decatur in the County of Macon and the �tate Of Illinois , from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-2 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT; and, WHEREAS , the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW, T?iEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL QF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the reconunendation of the Decatur City Plan �ommission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-2 � SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT. Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those �3istricts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 35i2 of the Ci�y of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and ali -�he provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements �herein �et forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. Section 4.
