��CROFlIIil� <br /> ORDINANCE N0. ����� <br /> AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THRU STREET <br /> - McKinley Avenue - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1. That McKinley Avenue between Monroe Street <br /> and Main Street is hereby established as a thru street and yield <br /> the right of way signs shall be installed at all streets entering <br /> said McKinley Avenue between Monroe Street and Main Street. <br /> Section 2 . That when signs are erected giving notice <br /> thereof, any person who shall violate any of the provisions <br /> hereof, shall , upon conviction, be fined not less than One <br /> Dollar ( $1. 00) nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200 . 00) <br /> for each offense . <br /> Section 3.
