ZION, ILLINOIS , TRUSTEE UNDER TRUST #107 , to rezone premises described as : Beginning at a point on the East line of the Southwest 1/4 af the Southwest 1/4 of Section Nine (9) Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Three (3) East of the 3rd P.M. 288 .42 feet North of the Southeast corner of said Southwest 1/4 . Southwest 1/4 ; thence Northerly along said East line a distance of 35 .15 feet to the South right-of-way line of F.A.S.
