. � � ��CROf11MED ORDINANCE N0. _ '' AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY WHEREAS, on the Sth day of January, 1978 , upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of EMMETT H. JURGENS to rezone premises described as : Beginning at a point on the North line of the Southwest Quarter (SW�-,.) of the Northeast Quarter (NEa) of Section 17 , Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the Third Principal Meridian, said point being 793 .20 feet East of the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW;) af the Northeast Quarter (NE�) of said Section 17, running thence Easterly along said North line for 145 . 32 feet; thence Southerly along the West line of Robinwood Subdivision (Plat 1405/77) for 285 . 60 feet to a point 30 . 00 feet Northerly of the Center line of West Main Street, thence Northwesterly alcng the North lir.e cf West Main Street for 146 . 30 feet; thence Northerly parallel to the West line ef Robinwood Subdivision for 268 . 18 feet to the point of beginning; from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-5 TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT;and, W�iEREAS , the Decatur City P1an Commission recomnier.ded that the prayer of said petition be granted.
