. . � y' t ' ��v�O�iLMED ORDINANCE N0. � -7 _ � 3 / ORDINANCE AMENDING R-3 RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN - SOUTH DECATUR SECOND ADDITION - WHEREAS, on the lst day of December, 1977 , upon due notice, the Decati�'City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Joy Kennedy and Courtney T. Rambach to amend the provisions of the R-3 Residence Development Plan previously granted by Ordinance No. 4719 and subsequently amended, a plot plan of which is hereto attached, marked Exhibit A, and hereby made a part hereof, by adding thereto premises described as : Lots 12, 13 and 14 of Hill Park, an addition to the City of Decatur, I1linois, as per plat recorded in Book 300 page 287 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of P4acon County, Illinois; and, WHEREAS , said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recomi:iend that the amendment of said R-3 Residence Development Plan as requested be authorized. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : Section l . That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby received, placed an file and approved. Section 2 . That the R-3 Residence Development Plan above referr�d to be, and the same is hereby, amended by adding thereto the premises described above. Section 3. That the amendment hereby authorized be, and the same is hereby, expressly conditioned as follows : (a) That the above-described premies be developed in accordance with the plot plan thereof hereto attached, marked Exhibit B, and hereby made a part hereof. (b) That before applying for a building permit, applicable to said premises, and before commencing any construction on any improvements on said premises, the petitioners cause to be prepared detailed plans and specifications including design data for
