v <br /> MICROFlLMED <br /> ORDINANCE NO."���_aZ-- <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING BUS STOP <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, j <br /> ILLINOIS: I, <br /> Section 1. In accordance with Chapter 30 , Section 30 (b) �', <br /> of the City Code of Decatur, when signs are erected giving <br /> notice thereof, th e south side of P�cKinley Avenue from a point <br /> 95 feet east of the east right-of-way line of North Union <br /> Street to a point 60 feet east thereof is hereby designated a <br /> bus stop, between the hours of 8 :00 A.M. and 4 :00 P.M, Monday <br /> through Friday. <br /> Section 2 . All ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> Section 3. It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, <br /> stand or park a vehicle other than a bus in a Bus Stop area. <br /> Section 4 . That any person, firm or corporation who <br /> shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, <br /> upon conviction, be fined not less than One Dollar ($1. 00) nor <br /> more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200 .00) for each offense. <br /> Section 5 .
