'v . � . , . �- ��r,p�� ��V /At�•.� "�V/ ORDINANCE N0. - 0 � AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROFERTY WHEREAS , on the 3rd day of November , 1977 , upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of ROSEMARIE EDWARDS to rezone premises described as : The North Six Hundred and forty-five (645) feet of the Northeast Quarter (NE 4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW a) of Section Twenty-seven (27) , Township Seventeen (17) North, Range Two (2) East of the Third Principal Meridian, situated in Macon County, Illinois ; from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT; and, WHEREAS , the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan CommiSsion be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FArQILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT. Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois , commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions , regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. Section 4 . That the zoning of said premises as set out herein shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in such Ordinance No . 3512 provided and said Districts be, and they are hereby, amended and changed as herein set forth.
