ELWOOD to rezone premises described as : Commencing at the Northeast Corner of Section 13, T. 16 N.R. 1 E. , 3rd P .M. , Macon County, Illinois , thence S 00 ° 18 ' 02" W along the East line of said Section 13 a distance of 362 . 61 feet; thence N 89 ° 41' S8" W a distance of 60 . 29 feet to the Point of Beginning, said Point being on the West right-of-way line of Wyckles Road (Macon County Hwy. 41) ; thence N 03° 24 ' 53" W along said Right of Way line a distance of 227 . 08 feet; thence N O1° 12 ' 13" W along said right-of-way line a distance of 190 .08 feet; thence N 49° 24 ' 14 " W a distance of 82 . 91 feet to a point on the South Right of Way line of U.S . Rte . 36 ; thence S 82° 12 ' 42 " W along said South Right of Way line a distance of 530 . 00 feet; thence S 74° 41 ' 33" W along said South Right of Way line a distance of 191. 04 feet; thence along a_.non-tangent curve to the left whose center bears S 07° 47 ' 17" E having a radius of 2166 . 83 feet; through a central angle of 05° 10 ' 45" and an arc distance of 195 . 87 feet, said curve being on the said South Right of Way line of U. S . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved .
