'"�I�O <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING <br /> - LAKE SHORE DRIVE and LAKE SHORE COURT - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs or markings are <br /> provided giving notice thereof, parking be, and it is hereby, <br /> prohibited at all times on either side of Lake Shore Drive <br /> from the east right of way line of Park Lane, east and north <br /> to Lake Shore Court and on either side of Lake Shore Court <br /> from the east right of way line of Park Lane east to Lake <br /> Shore Drive. <br /> Section 2. That any pers�n, firm or corporation who <br /> shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, <br /> upon conviction, be fined not less than One Dollar ($1.00) , <br /> nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3.
