' ; ;�IICROPtI.M'E� <br /> . . <br /> • ORDINANCE NO.���� �02— <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS , on the 6th day of October, 1977, upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of CHARLES W. CHERCHES to rezone premises described as : <br /> Beginning at a point 169 feet West of the Southeast <br /> corner of Lot 8 of Frank Snyder' s Second Subdivision <br /> as recorded in Book 958 , page 85 of the records in <br /> the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois ; <br /> thence West 171 feet; thence North 210 feet; thence <br /> East 171 feet; thence South 210 feet to the point <br /> of beginning; <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL <br /> DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received , placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions , regulations, restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4 .
