ORDINANCE NO. �I O MIVnO��'M� <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, on the 6th day of October, 1977 , upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of TOM BRINKOETTER and COMPANY and DONALD D. McMILLEN to <br /> rezone premises described as : <br /> Tract #l : The West 300 ' of the East 450 ' of the <br /> South 380 ' of all that portion of the <br /> Northeast 4 of the Northeast � of <br /> Section 18 , Township 16 North, Range <br /> 3 East of the 3rd P.M. , lying South <br /> of East William Street Road (State <br /> Route #I05) situated in Macon County, <br /> Illinois, and <br /> Tract �2 : The West 270 ' of the East 450 ' , except <br /> the South 380 ' thereof, of all that por- <br /> tion of the Northeast 4 of the North - <br /> west ; of Section 18 , Township 16 North, <br /> Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M. , lying <br /> South of East William Street Road (State <br /> Route #105) , situated in Macon County, <br /> Illinois. <br /> . (Tracts #1 and #2 containing 3 . 65 acres , more <br /> or less) . <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FANiILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS , the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be , and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-3 SIN(;LE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 <br /> MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions , regulations, restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br />
