ORDINANCE NO. �I O MIVnO��'M� AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY WHEREAS, on the 6th day of October, 1977 , upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of TOM BRINKOETTER and COMPANY and DONALD D. McMILLEN to rezone premises described as : Tract #l : The West 300 ' of the East 450 ' of the South 380 ' of all that portion of the Northeast 4 of the Northeast � of Section 18 , Township 16 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M. , lying South of East William Street Road (State Route #I05) situated in Macon County, Illinois, and Tract �2 : The West 270 ' of the East 450 ' , except the South 380 ' thereof, of all that por- tion of the Northeast 4 of the North - west ; of Section 18 , Township 16 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M. , lying South of East William Street Road (State Route #105) , situated in Macon County, Illinois. . (Tracts #1 and #2 containing 3 . 65 acres , more or less) . from R-3 SINGLE FANiILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT; and, WHEREAS , the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be , and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-3 SIN(;LE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT. Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions , regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein.
