M��'��►�D <br />, ORDINANCE NO. l ��I �I <br /> AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THRU STREET <br /> - 27th STREET - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That 27th Street from U.S . Route 36 to <br /> William Street and from Locust Street to Greenswitch Road <br /> is hereby established as a thru street and yield the right-of- <br /> way signs shall be installed at all streets entering said - . <br /> 27th Street between U. S . Route 36 and William Street and between � <br /> Locust Street and Greenswitch Road. <br /> Section 2 . That when signs are erected giving notice <br /> thereof, any person who shall violate any of the provisions <br /> hereof, shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than One <br /> Dollar ($1. 00) nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200. 00) <br /> for each offense. <br /> Section 3.
