�� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � �� � / J� <br /> AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THRU STREET <br /> - MOUNDFORD AVENUE - I <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : �'� <br /> Section 1. That P�ioundford Avenue from Mound Road to <br /> Moundford Court is hereby established as a thru street <br /> and yield the right-of-way signs shall be installed at all <br /> streets entering said Moundford Avenue between Mound Road <br /> and Moundford Court. <br /> Section 2 . That when signs are erected giving notice <br /> thereof, any person who shall violate any of the provisions <br /> hereof, shall , upon conviction, be fined not less than One <br /> Dollars ($1.00) nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200. 00) <br /> for each offense. <br /> Section 3.
