ORDINANCE No. '7 7'� �( MICROf�LMEp <br /> ORDINANCE DESIGNATING FOUR-WAY STOP INTERSECTION <br /> - 32nd Street and Fulton Avenue - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the intersection of 32nd Street and <br /> Fulton Avenue in the City of Decatur, Illinois, be and the same <br /> is hereby, designated and established as a four-way stop intersection. <br /> Section 2 . That when appropriate signs are erected - <br /> giving notice thereof, vehicular traffic approaching said <br /> intersection from any direction, shall stop and after <br /> having stopped, shall yield the right-of-way to any vehicle <br /> which has entered the intersection from another direction <br /> or which is approaching so closely on the roadway as to <br /> constitute an immediate hazard during the time when said <br /> vehicle is moving across or within the intersection, and <br /> thereafter having so stopped and so yielded, may proceed <br /> at such time as a safe interval occurs. <br /> Section 3. That any person, firm or corporation who <br /> shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall <br /> upon conviction, be fined not less than One Dollar ($1. 00) <br /> nor more than Two Hundred Dollar ($200. 00) for each offense. <br /> Section 4.
