,���ROF�u�� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � - � � <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTION <br /> - Waggoner and Warren - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs are erected <br /> giving notice thereof, the driver of a vehicle on Waggoner <br /> Street approaching Warren Street from either the east or west - _ <br /> shall stop and yield the right-of-way to vehicles on Warren � <br /> Street or which are approaching so closely thereto as to constitute <br /> an immediate hazard, but said driver having so stopped and yielded <br /> the right-of-way may proceed at such time as a safe interval <br /> occurs . <br /> Section 2 .
