MICROf11�WED <br /> ORDINANCE NO. �� I <br /> ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A FUND, APPROPRIATING FUNDS, <br /> AUTHORIZING DISBURSEMENT AND ESTABLISHING PROCEDURE <br /> COMPREHENSIVE EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING PROGRAM <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That a fund, designated and to be known as the <br /> Comprehensive Employment and Training Act Fund, be, and the same <br /> is hereby, established. <br /> Section 2 . That any and all funds received by the City <br /> pursuant to the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of <br /> 1973, Public La�,a 93-203, or successor Acts thereto, shall be placed <br /> in said fund. <br /> Section 3. That a sum equal in amount to all receipts into <br /> said fund and such balance as may be from time to time carried therein <br /> be, and the same are hereby, until the further order of the Council, <br /> continuously appropriated for the purposes, a�d concomitant objects, <br /> specified in said law, or laws. <br /> Section 4 . That, subject to approval of bills and payrolls <br /> by the Council in the usual and customary manner upon the usual <br /> and customary procedure heretofore ordained as to all City funds, <br /> said receipts and balances be, and the same are hereby, authorized <br /> to be disbursed out of said fund for the purposes and objects <br /> aforesaid. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this 1_11�day of <br /> September, 1977 . <br /> YOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> C Y^CLERK <br />
