- �►CROFILMED <br /> ORDINANCE NO. ��� ��� <br /> AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING STOP INTERSECTION <br /> - ARBOR DRIVE AND MacARTHUR ROAD - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the intersection of Arbor Drive with <br /> MacArthur Road and with the two private drives extending north <br /> and east from the point where Arbor Drive and MacArthur Road <br /> meet be, and the same is hereby, designated and established <br /> ' a four way stop intersection. <br />� Section 2 . That when stop signs are erected giving notice <br /> thereof, vehicular traffic approaching said intersection from <br /> any direction shall stop and after having stopped, shall yield <br /> the right-of-way to any vehicle which has entered the intersection <br /> from another direction or which is approaching so closely <br /> on the roadway as to constitute an immediate hazard during the <br /> time when said vehicle is moving across or within the intersection, <br /> and thereafter having so stopped and so yielded, may proceed <br /> at such time as a safe interval occurs. <br /> Section 3 .
