. � 1 .. <br /> i�< � <br /> • ORDINANCE N0. � I 17 ���Q�(.M�i•D <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY . <br /> WHEREAS , on the 7th day of July, 1977, upon due notice , <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of PIERCE BRUCKNER to rezone premises described as : <br /> Lot 1 of Nozwood Heights as per Plat recorded <br /> in Book 300 Page 136 of the records in the Re- <br /> corder's Office of Macon County, Illinois <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT. <br /> WHEREAS , the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> - NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plz�.n Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be , and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 <br /> MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions , regulations , restrictions and requiremsnts <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. ' <br /> Section 4 .
