. � <br /> . - � : .�1'lCRpflj.lH <br /> " � � ORDINANCE NO.� ��,3 � ED <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING R-3 RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> - SIMS KNOLLS ADDITION - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of August, 1977, upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of J. Everett Sims and Marjorie M. Sims to amend the R-3 <br /> Residence Development Plan approved by Ordinance No. 7123 and sub- <br /> sequently amended by Ordinance No. 7197 as to premises in the City <br /> of Decatur, Illinois, described as follows : <br /> Sims Knoll Addition to the City of Decatur, as per <br /> plat recorded in Book I.832 Page 40 of the records <br /> in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission �id report its <br /> findings and did recommend that the modification of said R-3 Residence <br /> Development Plan as requestedbe authorized. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. -That the report and recommendation of the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby received, placed <br /> on file and approved. _ <br /> Section 2 . That the aforesaid R-3 Residence Development <br /> Plan be, and the same is hereby modified and amended and petitioner <br /> be, and he is hereby, authorized to construct two (2) main buildings <br /> on each of lots 42, 43, 44, 45, 46 , 47 and 48 of the premises <br /> aforesaid, but no more than two (2) main buildings on each of said <br /> lots , provided that the total number of residential units on each of <br /> said lots shall not exceed the number of such units shown for each lot <br /> on the site plan attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof and <br /> marked Exhibit 1. <br /> Section 3. That said R-3 Residence Development Plan be, <br /> and it is hereby further amended by substituting the site plan above <br /> referred to and marked Exhibit 1 for the site plan attached to <br /> and made a part of Ordinance No. 7I23, for all purposes as expressed in said <br /> ordinance. <br /> Section 4. That except as modified by the provisions hereof, <br /> the heretofore ordained R-3 Residence Developm.ent Plan and the pro- <br /> visions of ordinance relating thereto as heretofore amended and modi- <br />
