-r <br /> � <br /> f� �I1ICROFiLMED <br /> ORD INANCE N0. / ~ �1�,� � <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS , on the 7th day of July, 1977 , upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of A. WILLARD TURNER to rezone premises described as : <br /> Lot 2 of the Southwest Quarter of Section 30 , <br /> Township 17 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M. , <br /> as per Plat recorded in Book 22 , Page 97 of the <br /> Records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois lying South of the Right-of-way line <br /> of Mound Road and West of the Right-of-way line <br /> of the Illinois Central Railroad Company <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to 0-1 OFFICE DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS , THE Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. , <br /> NOW, THEREFdRE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be , and the same is hereby , received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to O-1 OFFICE <br /> DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois , commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions, regulations , restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4 . That the zoning of said premises as set out <br /> herein shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in , <br /> such Ordinance No. 3512 provided and said Districts be, and they are , <br /> hereby, amended and changed as herein set forth.
