That your petitioner, Dorothy O. Larson, presently owns, and has <br /> entered into a real estate sales contract, as seller, with your petitioner, john <br /> D. Ried�inger, as purchaser, of the following described property: <br /> Lot 1 of Sesom Addition to the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois , as per Plat recorded in Book 300,page <br /> 131 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of <br />� Macon County, Illinois; which said property is <br />{ located in the area commonly known as 1600 <br /> Block South Taylorville Road ("premises") . <br /> 2 . That the premises are presently in an R-1, Single Family Residence <br /> District, as defined under the Zoning Ordinance of 196u, as amended, of the <br />; Municipal Code of the City of l�ecatur. <br /> 3 .
