Hobson and Coralie R. <br /> Hobson requesting that premises described as : <br /> Lot 15 of Sena M. Wede Subdivision, a tract of land in the NWQ <br /> of the SE; of 20-16-3 as per Plat recorded in Book 745 Page <br /> 119 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois; <br /> Lot 16 of Sena M. Wede Subdivision of the North '� of the NW� of <br /> the SEa of Section 20 , Township 16 North, Range 3 East of the <br /> 3rd P.M. as per Plat recorded in Book 745 Page 119 of the <br /> records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois <br /> be annexed to the City of Decatur, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS , it is shown by affidavit that said petition is signed <br /> by all of the owners of record of said premises and by all of the electors <br /> residing therein; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said territory is contiguous to the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois�nd is not a part of any City, Village, Incorporated Town, <br /> or other Municipality; and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action on annexation of said <br /> territory has been given as provided by statute. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TH� CITY CF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the said territory hereinabove described, along <br /> with all parts of public highways therein or next a.nd adjacent thereto, <br /> not heretofore annexed, i£ azy, be, a:,� the same are hereb�=, annexed <br /> to and are incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, Illinois , I <br /> a municipal corporation. ' <br /> Section 2. That a plat of said annexed premises is attached hereto � <br /> and made a part hereof. I, <br /> Section 3.
