f • � f / ��pFlIMED ORDINANCE N0. ��n 3 ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THIRTY-MINUTE METERED ZONES STATE STREET BE IT ORDAINED BY THE OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That in accordance with and subject to the applicable provisions of Chapter 30 of the City Code, when appropriate parking meters are installed hereat, vehicle parking on the west side of North State Street from the north right of way line of William Street, north to a point 82 feet south of the south right of way line of North Street be permitted and shall be limited to a continous maximum period of thirty-minutes, and said portion of said State Street be, and the same is hereby, designated as a thirty- minute metered zone. , Section 2. That parking meters shall be installed in said zone which shall register not to exceed thirty-minutes from the insertion of the appropriate coins at the rate of one-half hour for each nickel of coin of the United States of America. Section 3. That said meter shall be used and said maximum time limit shall be observed between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. , Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday of each week and the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 9:00 P.M. on Monday and Friday of each week, except upon those holidays specified in Chapter 30 of the City Code. Section 4. That all ordinances and parts of ordinanc es insofar as the same conflict with the provisions hereof, be and the same are hereby, modified and amended so as to accord and comply with the provisions of this ordinance.
