f • <br /> � f <br /> / <br /> ���pFlIMED <br /> ORDINANCE N0. ����n 3 <br /> ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THIRTY-MINUTE METERED ZONES <br /> STATE STREET <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That in accordance with and subject to the <br /> applicable provisions of Chapter 30 of the City Code, when <br /> appropriate parking meters are installed hereat, vehicle <br /> parking on the west side of North State Street from the <br /> north right of way line of William Street, north to a point <br /> 82 feet south of the south right of way line of North Street <br /> be permitted and shall be limited to a continous maximum <br /> period of thirty-minutes, and said portion of said State <br /> Street be, and the same is hereby, designated as a thirty- <br /> minute metered zone. , <br /> Section 2. That parking meters shall be installed in <br /> said zone which shall register not to exceed thirty-minutes <br /> from the insertion of the appropriate coins at the rate of <br /> one-half hour for each nickel of coin of the United States <br /> of America. <br /> Section 3. That said meter shall be used and said <br /> maximum time limit shall be observed between the hours of <br /> 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. , Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and <br /> Saturday of each week and the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 9:00 <br /> P.M. on Monday and Friday of each week, except upon those <br /> holidays specified in Chapter 30 of the City Code. <br /> Section 4. That all ordinances and parts of ordinanc es <br /> insofar as the same conflict with the provisions hereof, be <br /> and the same are hereby, modified and amended so as to accord <br /> and comply with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />
