�VItCROFlLME� <br /> ORDINANCE N0. —I� O , <br /> AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THRU STREETS <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That West Grove Road from Sherwood Drive <br /> to Franklin Street is hereby established as a thru street <br /> and yield the right of way signs shall be installed at all <br /> streets entering said West Grove Road between Sherwood Drive <br /> and Franklin Street. � <br /> Section 2. That when signs are erected giving notice <br /> thereof, any person who shall violate any of the provisions <br /> hereof, shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than One <br /> Dollar ($1.00) nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) <br /> for each offense. <br /> Section 3.
