_ . -- MICROFIIMED <br /> ORDINANCE N0. � <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs or markings <br /> are provided giving notice thereof, parking be, and it is <br /> hereby, prohibited at all times on the following streets: <br /> � a. On the east side of Country Club Road <br /> from the south property line of Muffley School <br /> to the south right of way line of Fulton Avenue; <br /> `' b. On the west side of 32nd Street from the <br /> south right of way line of Fulton Avenue to the <br /> south property line of Sinawik Park; <br /> c. On the south side of Fulton Avenue from <br /> the east right of way line of North Country Club <br /> Road to the west right of way line of 32nd Street, <br /> and; <br /> d. On the north side of Fulton Avenue from � <br /> the east right of way line of Lynnwood Avenue to <br /> the west right of way line of 31st Street. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who <br /> shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, <br /> upon conviction, be fined not less than One Dollar ($1.00) <br /> nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3. That the provisions of all ordinances or <br /> parts of ordinances in conflict wi.th the provisions of <br /> this ordinance insofar as the same are in conflict with <br /> said provisions, �e and the same are hereby, repealed. <br />
