' / <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of June , 1977 , upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of ROBERT and RITA BONDS , and others , to rezone premises <br /> described as : <br /> Lots 10 and 11 of Corman Street Addition and Lots 6 and 7 <br /> of Corman Street Third Addition, as per plats recorded in <br /> Book 982 , page 112 and Book 1270 , page 9 , respectively, <br /> of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois; <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT to R-2 SINGLE <br /> FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT;and, <br /> WHEREAS , the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT to R-2 <br /> SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabov�mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions , regulations, restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4 .
