"� r , �/�. �J� ����D <br /> � ORDINANCE NO. � ; <<� <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS , on the 2nd day of June , 1977 , upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of JIM ROMANO to rezone premises described as : <br /> Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 9 of the <br /> East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 14 , <br /> Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.P�. , <br /> as per Plat recorded in Book 46 , Page 424 of the <br /> records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, � <br /> Illinois; thence South along the West line of said <br /> Lot 9 150 feet; thence East 93 feet; thence North <br /> 30 feet; thence East 134 feet more or less to the <br /> East line of said Lot 9 ; thence North along the <br /> East line of said Lot 9 a distance of 120 feet; <br /> thence East a distance of 118 . 46 feet; thence North <br /> a distance of 138 feet; thence East a distance of <br /> 100 feet to the West right of way line of South <br /> Webster Street; thence North along said right of <br /> way line a distance of 30 feet; thence West a <br /> distance of 100 feet; thence North a distance of <br /> 10 feet to the North line of Lot 8 as per Plat <br /> recorded at Book 46 , Page 424 of the records <br /> in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois; thence West a distance of 338 feet to <br /> the Northwest corner of said Lot 8 ; thence South <br /> along the West line of said Lot 8 to the point of <br /> beginning; <br /> from R-5 TWO FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT to R-6 MULTI-FAMILY <br /> RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission. recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. ' <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be , and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-5 TWO FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT to R-6 MULTI- <br /> FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> Ci�y of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br />
