"� r , �/�. �J� ��D � ORDINANCE NO. � ; <<� AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY WHEREAS , on the 2nd day of June , 1977 , upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of JIM ROMANO to rezone premises described as : Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 9 of the East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 14 , Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.P�. , as per Plat recorded in Book 46 , Page 424 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, � Illinois; thence South along the West line of said Lot 9 150 feet; thence East 93 feet; thence North 30 feet; thence East 134 feet more or less to the East line of said Lot 9 ; thence North along the East line of said Lot 9 a distance of 120 feet; thence East a distance of 118 . 46 feet; thence North a distance of 138 feet; thence East a distance of 100 feet to the West right of way line of South Webster Street; thence North along said right of way line a distance of 30 feet; thence West a distance of 100 feet; thence North a distance of 10 feet to the North line of Lot 8 as per Plat recorded at Book 46 , Page 424 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois; thence West a distance of 338 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 8 ; thence South along the West line of said Lot 8 to the point of beginning; from R-5 TWO FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT to R-6 MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT; and, WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission. recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted. ' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2 . That said described premises be , and they are hereby, rezoned from R-5 TWO FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT to R-6 MULTI- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT. Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the Ci�y of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein.
