J <br /> � <br /> 1�1��ED <br /> ORDINANCE NO. �� � � <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, on the 5th day of May, 1977, upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing on the <br /> petition of TAYLOR PHARMACAL COMPANY, supported by the required <br /> plan and report, to rezone from the R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE <br /> DISTRICT to the M-3 LIMITED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, premises situated <br /> in the City of Decatur, Illinois, described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point on the East right-of-way line <br /> of Highway No. 41 (Wyckles Road) , 40 feet East of <br /> the Southwest (SW) corner of the Northwest Quarter <br /> (NW 1/4) , Section 18 , Township 16 North, Range 2 <br /> East of the Third Principal Meridian, thence North <br /> along said East right-of-way line 444 . 4 feet, thence <br /> East 155. 57 feet, thence North 280 feet, thence <br /> East 215 .02 feet, thence North 220. 06 feet to the <br /> South right-of-way line of West Main Street (Old <br /> Route 36) , thence Easterly along said right-of-way <br /> line 421.15 feet, thence South 983. 9 feet, thence <br /> West 798 .56 feet to the point of beginning, containing <br /> 14. 544 acres more or less; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission has approved <br /> said plan and has recommended and reported its approval and the <br /> reasons therefor. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report, recommendations and approval <br /> of the Decatur City Plan Commission be received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Sect�on 2. That subject to and upon the applicable con- <br /> ditions of Section XVII of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, the same being Ordinance No. 3512, as amended, <br /> said described premises be, and the same are hereby, rezoned from <br /> R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-3 LIMITED INDUSTRIAL <br /> DISTRICT for development only as set out in the plan submitted and <br /> approved as aforesaid and in accordance with the site development <br /> plan, a copy of which is hereto attached, marked Exhibit A and <br /> hereby made a part hereof, and not otherwise. <br /> Section 3.
