We here- <br /> by abdicate any rights in said easement and waive any further <br /> right to install any utility structure and the appurtenances <br /> thereto. <br /> You may transmit this letter to the City of Decatur as <br /> evidence of such abdication. <br /> Very truly yours, <br /> GENERAL ELECTRIC CABLEVISION CORP. <br /> By c.�/,.��t1� � L�..1.s,.h_-�-��1 <br /> Its System Manacrer <br /> As General Electric Cablevision agrees to relinquish the aerial <br /> easement rights for the above described property, First National Bank <br /> agrees to provide underground easement rights to General Electric Cablevision <br /> that will provide the privilege to retain and maintain our cable services <br /> across the property as described on General Electric Cablevision easement #77-2. <br />
