. � ' �� ORDINANCE N0. �S ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING PARKING METER ZONES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. In accordance with Chapter 3 of the Municipal Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, parking meter zones are hereby established upon the following streets or parts of streets and for the period of time, upon such days, and between the hours herein set forth: 1) Two hour metered parking s�aces which register not in excess of two hours from the insertion of the appropriate coins at the rate of one-half hour for each nickel, one hour for each dime, and two hours for each quarter of coin of the United States of America. a. Two spaces on the west side of Water Street beginning at a point lOb feet north of the north right of way line of East Eldorado Street to a point 154 feet north thereof. b. Two spaces on the east side of Water Street beginning at a point 102 feet north of the north right of way line of East Eldorado Street to a point 150 feet north thereof. 2) Twenty minute metered parking spaces which register not in excess of 20 minutes upon insertion therein of the proper coin at the rate of 20 minutes for each nickel of the United States of America. a. One space on the west side of Water Street beginning at a point 85 feet north of the north right of way line of East Eldorado Street to a point lOb feet north thereof. b. Two spaces on the east side of North Water beginning at a point 56 feet north of the north right of way line of East Eldorado Street to a point 102 feet north thereof.
