� .. ..`.. <br /> - -- - <br /> - - <br /> ... <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> 7 �- � q M��oFiuH� <br /> WHEREAS , on the 7th day of April , 1977, upon due notice <br /> the City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition <br /> of TOM BRINKOETTER & COMPANY to rezone premises described as : <br /> Part of the W 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the <br /> Northeast 1/4 of Section Twenty (20) Township <br /> Sixteen (16) N, Range Three (3) E of the 3rd P.M. , <br /> more particularly described as follows : Beginning <br /> at a point 335. 30 feet S of the Northeast Corner of <br /> the W 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 <br /> of said Section 20 ; thence W 177. 2 feet; thence S <br /> 501. 40 feet; thence W 188 . 0 feet; thence S 491. 0 <br /> feet to the S line of the said W 1/2 of the Southwest <br /> 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 ; thence East 365 . 2 feet to <br /> the Southeast Corner of the said W 1/2 of the South- <br /> west 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 ; thence N 992 . 4 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. Situated in Macon County, <br /> Illinois ; <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-3 SINGLE FAPZILY <br /> RESIDENCE DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS , the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended <br /> that the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on � <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they <br /> are h�reby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT <br /> to R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned <br /> are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 <br /> of the City of Decatur, Illinois , commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations , restrictions <br /> and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises <br /> above described herein. <br /> Section 4. That the zoning of said premises as set <br /> out herein shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning <br />
