� r �/�D�l� M►J� ORDINANCE NO. ��Y� ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING 20-MINUTE PARKING ZONE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. In accordance with, and subject to, the applicable provisions of Chapter 30 of the City Code, when appropriate parking meters are installed thereat, those parking spaces provided in the following described portions of streets shall be limited to a continuous maximu:� pGrkino period for vehicular parking of 20 minutes and said areas of said portions of streets be, and they are hereby, designated as 20-minute parking zones: (a) The west side of North State Street . ' from a distan�ce of 90 feet north of the north right of way line of East William Street, north 20 feet thereof; (b) The north side of East tti�illiam Street from the east right of way line of North Franklin Street, east to the alley; (c) The south side of East William Street from the east right of way line of North Franklin Street, .east a distance of 110 feet; (d) The east side of North Franklin Street between William and Prairie Streets; (e) The south side of South Park Street commencing 20 feet east of the east right of way line of North GTater Street and extending east a distance of 86 feet; (f) On the west side of South State Street commencing 5 feet south of the south right of way line of East Main Street and extending south a distance of 112 feet.
