�ic�oFu.�m <br /> ORDINANCE N0. ��,�� <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTION <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs are erected <br /> giving notice thereof, the driver of a vehicle on Lawrence <br /> Street approaching Webster Street shall stop and yield the <br /> right of way to vehicles on Webster Street whi�h have <br /> entered the intersection of said streets or which are approach- <br /> ing so closely thereto as to constitute an immediate hazard, <br /> but said driver having so stopped and yielded the right of <br /> " way may proceed at such time as a safe interval occurs. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who <br /> shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, <br /> upon conviction, be fined not less than One Dollar ($1.00) <br /> nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3.
