M. at their <br /> regular place of ineeting, being the Council Chambers at 355 East <br /> Wood Street, Decatur, Illinois. bZayor James H. Rupp presided; <br /> together with him being Councilmen Carol A. Brandt, Thomas P. Daly, <br /> Charles W. Gallagher, Frank J. Grossman, Charles W. McCaulla and <br /> Elmer W. Walton. All seven members of the Council were present. <br /> * * * * * * * <br /> Ordinance ivo. 77-33, providing for the issuance of Hospital <br /> Facility Revenue Bonds, was presented and read. <br /> Councilman Daly moved the ordinance do pass and be adopted; <br /> seconded by Councilman McCaulla, and on call of the roll, Councilmen <br /> Brandt, Daly, Gallagher, Grossman, McCaulla, Walton and Mayor Rupp <br /> voted aye, motion carried. <br /> * * * * * * * <br /> There being no further business, Councilman Walton moved the <br /> meeting be adjourned; seconded by Councilman Brandt, and on call <br /> of the roll, Councilmen Brandt, Daly, Gallagher, Grossman, P�IcCaulla, <br /> Walton and Mayor Rupp voted aye, motion carried. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 8 : 30 P.
