� <br /> M��tpFtVNED <br /> ORDINANCE NO. ���, <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of February, 1977 , upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition <br /> of LEON F. HARRES to rezone premises described as : <br /> A part o f Lot Four (4) in Block Five (5) of May Bros. & <br /> Traver's Subdivision, described as follows : <br /> Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said Lot Four (4) , <br /> thence West 168 feet, thence South 40 feet, thence East <br /> to the West line of North Edward Street, thence North <br /> 40 feet to the point of beginning; and <br /> Commencing at a point 40 feet South of the Northeast <br /> corner of said Lot Four (4) , thence West 168 feet, thence <br /> South 40 feet, thence East 168 feet, thence North 40 feet <br /> to the point of beginning; <br /> All in Macon County, Illinois ; <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to 0-1 OFFICE DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the <br /> prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> apprcved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, <br /> rezoned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to 0-1 OFFICE DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those <br /> districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the , <br /> provisions , regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set <br /> forth shall apply to the premises above-described herein. '� <br /> Section 4 .
