. � � � . ' ��c1i.111� ORDINANCE NO. �� AN ORDINANCE MAKING SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING MAY l, 1976 , AND ENDING APRIL 30 , 1977. WHEREAS , subsequent to the adoption by this Council on the 12th day of July, 1976 , of the Annual Appm�iation Ordinance, being Ordi- nance No. 7113, for the fiscal year May 1, 1976 , through April 30 , 1977, certain additional revenue not available when said ordinance w•as adopted and not then anticipated has become and been made availab�e; and, WHEREAS, the aggregate of the additional revenue available or estimated to be received subsequent to the adoption of said Annual Appropriation Ordinance as aforesaid is in excess of the total amount hereinafter appropriated as provided by Illinois Revised Statutes 1975 , Chapter 24 ; Section 8-2-9 ; and, WHEREAS , said additional revenue is made available from the United States of America acting by and through the Department of Labor ' and the Treasury Department thereof pursuant to and in accordance with the provisi�ns of the Cor.lprehensive Employment and Training Act and Public Works Employment Act for the uses and purposes in said Acts specified; and, WHEREAS , funds have been granted to The City of Decatur, Illinois , for the objects and purposes aforesaid to be administered by the City for said objects and purposes and it is necessary that appropriations be made so that said funds may be expended in the course of such administration by said City for said objects and purposes; and, WHEREAS, the funds hereinafter appropriated arise from sources of revenue other than general property taxes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : Section l . That the following sums be , and they are hereby, appropriated from revenues other than general property taxes , for the ok�jects and purposes aforesaid by the City of Decatur, Illinois , for the fiscal year 1976-1977, beginning May 1, 1976 , and ending April 30 , 1977 , said sums to be provided for from the grants herein referred to : APPROPRIATIODIS IN ADDITION TO APPROPRIATIONS HErZETOFORE MADE FOR SPECIAL FUNDS : COMPREHENSIVE EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING �'i ACT (CETA) FUND - TITLE II Regular Salaries $ 93 , 338 Time & One-Half Overtime 1,500 Retirement 28 ,000 Workmen' s Compensation 2 , 700 Hospitalization & Medical Insurance 1,960 Group Life Insurance 918
