, 1 • � MtCROF�� ORDINANCE NO. �� AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY WHEREAS, on the 6th day of January, 1977, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of MINNIE I. PHILLIPS AND OTHERS to rezone premises described as : Al1 of that land 1 in in the West Half of the Y g Southwest Quarter of Section 22 , Township 17 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. lying West of the right-of-way of the Illinois Terminal Railroad, North of the right-of-way of F.A. I. Route 72 and East of the right-of-way of U.S. Route 51; from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT; and, WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : Section 1 . That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and app roved. Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT. Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations , restriction� and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the �remises above described herein. Section 4 . That the zoning of said premises as set out herein shall be shown and verified on the District Zoni.ng Map as in such Ordinance No. 3512 provided and said Districts be, and they are hereby, amended and changed as herein set forth.
