That when appropriate signs or markings �re <br /> placed thereon, parking be, and the same is hereby, prohibited <br /> at all times on the on the south side of Lincoln. Park. Drive <br /> from Route 48 to LinColn Place and on either s�de of Lincoln <br /> Park Drive from Linc�oln Place to Edward Street in the City <br /> of Decatur. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who <br /> shall violate any of. the provisions of this ordinance, snall <br /> upon conviction, be fined not less than One Dollar {$1.00) <br /> nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3.
