�ic�u�m <br /> ORDINANCE N0. � <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTION I <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: � <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs are erected <br /> giving notice thereof, the driver of a vehicle on King Street <br /> approaching Union Street from either direction, shall stop ! <br /> and yield the right of way to vehicles on Union Street <br /> which have entered the intersection of said streets or , <br /> which are approaching so closely thereto as to constitute an I <br /> immediate hazard, but said driver having so stopped and I <br /> yielded the right of way may proceed at such time as a safe I <br /> interval occurs. ��I <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who <br /> shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance sha11, � <br /> upon conviction, be fined not less than One Dollar ($1.00) <br /> nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3.
