MORAN AND OTHERS requesting that premises described as : Lot 1`wenty-eight (28) of Prairie Dell Addition to the City of Decatur, Illinois , as per plat recorded in Book 300 Page 210 of the Records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois , and all parts of all public highways included therein, or next and adjacent thereto, if any, be annexed zo the City of Decatur, Il�inois ; and, WHEr2EAS , it is shown by affidavit that said petition is signed by all of the owners of record of said premises and by all of the electors residing thereir_; and, WHEREAS, said territory is contiguous to the City of Decatur, Illinois , and is not a part of any City, Village, Incorporated Town, or other riunicipality ; and, , WHEREAS , notice of intention to take action on annexation of said territory has been given as provided by statute. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF �, DECATUR, ILLINOIS : Section l. That the said territory herei*�abave described be, and the same is hereby, annexed to and is hereby , incorporated inta the limits of the City of Decatur, Illinois , a mur.icipal corporation. ' Section 2 . That a plat of said annexed premises is attached hereto and made a part hereof. Section 3 . That the City Clerk cause certified copies of this ordinance to be respectiveiy �iled with the County Clerk and recorded by the Recorder of Deeds of Macon County , Illinois.
