I � <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS , on the 4th day of November, 1976 , after notice as <br /> required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held <br /> a public hearing upon the petition of JAMES E. MASEY to rezone premises <br /> described as : <br /> The North 42 feet of the South 49 feet of the West <br /> 150 feet of Lot Ten (10) of Mattie E. Blaine' s Sub- <br /> division of Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8) in Block <br /> Three (3) of Lake & Co' s Addition of Outlots to <br /> Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 22 , Page 594 <br /> of the Records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois; except that part sold to the State <br /> of Illinois as shown in Deed recorded in Book 1544 , <br /> Page 380 of said Records, situated in Macon County, <br /> Illinois, and <br /> The North 40. 75 feet of the West 150 feet of Lot <br /> Ten (10) of Mattie E. Blaine ' s Subdivision of Lots <br /> Seven (7) and Eight (8) in Block Three (3) of Lake <br /> & Co' s Addition of Outlots to Decatur, as per Plat <br /> recorded in Book 22 at Page 594 of the Records in <br /> the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> except the West 3 feet thereof, situated in Macon <br /> County, Illinois ; <br /> from R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DTSTRICT to 0-1 OFFICE DISTRICT. <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the <br /> prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT to 0-1 OFFICE <br /> DISTRTCT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those <br /> districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the <br /> provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth <br /> shall apply to the premises above-described herein. <br /> I <br />
