w ry <br /> ,' t �; <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> �1 � ( ��� <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br /> - R-6 RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN - <br /> EDGEWOOD APARTMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, on the 6th day of May, 1976 , after notice as required <br /> by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public <br /> hearing upon the petition of Thomas Brinkoetter and Company Realtors <br /> for a special use permit under the provisions of Section XXI C of <br /> Ordinance #3512 , the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur, Illinois, <br /> for an R-6 Residence Development on premises situated in the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois , and described as : <br /> The West 652.49 feet of the follawing described tract: <br /> Beginning at a point on the East rightrof way line of 27th Street 196.02 <br /> feet North of the Northwest Corner of I,�t 1 of the Illinois Power <br /> Coanpany Addition, in the City of Decatur, County of Macon and State of <br /> Illinois; thence Easterly 579.20 feet along a line parallel with the North <br /> line of said Lot 1 of Illinois Pawer Campany Addition; thence Southerly <br /> 196.02 feet along a line parallel with the centerline of 29th Street to <br /> a point on said North line Illinois Pawer Ccetg�any Addition; thence Easterly <br /> 222.22 feet to the Northeast Corner of said Illinois Power Co�any Addition, <br /> said point also being on the Ea.st line of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) <br /> of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 18, Township 16 North, Range <br /> 3 East of the 3rd Principal Meridian, said line also being the centerline <br /> of 29th Street; thence Northerly a record distance of 392.7 feet, actual <br /> measured distance of 392.04 feet along said centerline of 29th Street to <br /> the Northeast Corner of said NW 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 18, said point also <br /> being the intersection of said centerline 29th Street with the South line <br /> of Verde Oaks Addition to the City of Decatur extended East; thence Westerly <br /> a record distance of 800.74 feet, actual m�asured distance of 800.65 feet <br /> along said South line of Verde Oaks Addition to the Southwest Corner of Lot <br /> 1 of said Verde Oaks Addition, said point also being on said East right-of way <br /> line of 27th Street; thence Southerly 196.02 feet along said East rightrof way <br /> line of 27th Street to the place of beginning.
