� � - y <br /> �'r <br /> ORDINANCE NO. �L� M ,��/�i� <br /> L1r1 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS , on the 7th day of October, 1976 , after notice as <br /> required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held <br /> a public hearing upon the petition of CITIZENS NATIONAL BANK, AS <br /> TRUSTEE UNDER TRUST #2449 to rezone premises described as : <br /> That part of the Northeast Quarter (I� 1/4) of Section Twenty (20) , <br /> 'Pawnship Sixteen (16) North, Range Three (3) East of the 3rd P.M. , <br /> locat�d in Macon County, Illir�oi.s, described as follaws: <br /> Beg;nn;ng at a point on the East line of said Northeast Quarter <br /> (1� 1/4) of Section �aenty (20) , 466.7 feet south of the Northeast <br /> corner of the said Northeast Quarter (1� 1/4) of Section Ztaenty (20) ; <br /> thence South al.ong the said East line a distance of 528.1 feet; <br /> thenc� West along a line formi.ng an angle of 90°33' t�o the Right to the said <br /> East line extended, a distance of 466.7 feet; ther�e North parallel to the <br /> said East line of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of said Section 20, a <br /> distance of 528.1 feet; thence East parallel to the North line of the <br /> Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of said Section 20, a distance of 466.7 feet <br /> to the point of beginning� said tract containing 5.66 acres more or less; <br /> frca�► B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT to R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE <br /> DISTRICT. <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the <br /> prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> • Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, <br /> rezoned from B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT to R-3 SINGLE FAMILY <br /> RESIDENCE DISTRICT. - <br /> Section 3 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those <br /> districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City <br /> of Decatur, Illinois , commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all <br /> the provisions, regulations , restrictions and requirements therein <br /> set forth shall apply to the premises above-described herein. <br /> Section 4 .
