. • <br /> e <br /> , ' �. , ' ���L�{f�� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. -� <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS , on the 7th day of October, 1976 , after notice as <br /> required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission <br /> held a public hearing upon the petition of CITIZENS NATIONAL <br /> BANK, TRUSTEE UNDER TRUST NO. 2449 to rezone premises described <br /> as : <br /> Part of the Northeast quarter of Section 20 , Township <br /> 16 North, Range 3 East of the Third Principal Meridian, <br /> located in Macon County, Illinois and described as <br /> follows : Beginning at the Northeast corner of said <br /> Northeast Quarter of Section 20, thence Southerly along <br /> the East line of said Northeast Quarter of Section 20 <br /> a distance of 466. 7 feet; thence West parallel to the <br /> North line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 20, <br /> a distance of 466 . 7 feet to an iron pin; thence South <br /> parallel to the said East line of the Northeast Quarter <br /> of said Section 20 , a distance of 528. 1 feet, thence West <br /> along a line forming an angle of 90°33 ' to the Right <br /> with the said East line extended, a distance of 198. 8 <br /> feet to a stone; thence Northerly a distance of 991. 1 <br /> feet to a point on the North line of the Northeast Quarter <br /> of said Section 20 , thence Easterly along said North <br /> line a distance of 665 . 37 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-3 SINGLE FAMILY <br /> RESIDENCE DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the <br /> prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-3 <br /> SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those <br /> districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City <br /> of Decatur, Illinois , commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and <br /> all the provisions , regulations, restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above-described herein. <br />
